Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period:

Products eligible for return and purchased from our website can be returned within 21 days of the original purchase date.

2. Condition of Returned Items:

Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories. Used or damaged items, unless defective when sold, will not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via the 24/7 chat. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. 

4. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds and/or Exchanges:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as books and calendars, custom-made or personalized items,  & digital downloads.
